Healthy Choice at Portillo's

Does anyone have any suggestions for a healthy choice off the Portillo's menu? I'm going out to lunch with coworkers and this is the selected venue.

    I love Portillo's! I would try their chopped salad and it's a big portion so try eating half at lunch and taking the rest home. I hope this helps.
