How can you log in a workout like PiYo Strength, which is a combination of Pilates and Yoga that is a little more intense than a regular PiYo class? Someone mentioned to log in 30 minutes of Yoga and 30 of Pilates and use your HRM to record your own calorie burn. But, is there a way to add new exercises like PiYo, HIIT, Insanity or anything other than the usual workouts that are listed so that anyone can utilize the options rather it being "your own personal exercises"?
