ive adopted a new lifestyle, where i consume about 1200 cals, workout at least 6 days a week.
only been serious since jan....really excited...doing butt bible, extreme shed and shred, and plain ol gym and walking.

how long are your workouts, are they always over an hour?0 -
thanks! when i hit the gym its an hr. my walks usually 2 hrs, butt bible 20 min sessions, and shed/shred 30 mins.
its hard with three kids, but its worth it!0
