ive adopted a new lifestyle, where i consume about 1200 cals, workout at least 6 days a week.

only been serious since jan....really excited...doing butt bible, extreme shed and shred, and plain ol gym and walking.

    how long are your workouts, are they always over an hour?

    thanks! when i hit the gym its an hr. my walks usually 2 hrs, butt bible 20 min sessions, and shed/shred 30 mins.

    its hard with three kids, but its worth it!
