I just started 30DS yesterday, and today I'm soooo sore. I don't know if I should work through it, or rest until tomorrow? I'm currently doing it just to build up my endurance, because I'm not eating clean like I should be, so I'm not expecting to see results yet, just want to make it through all of Level 1, while doing all of the reps.
