Anyone else taking fish oil?

Soo I have been on a work out hiatus thanks to awful eczema (per my derm I should try not to work out until my skin is under control, maybe even until I move) and I heard fish oil had been known to help some people with their eczema. Since I have high triglycerides too I figured, it can only help- right? I've been taking it for a little less than a month, 1000 iu's I think is the one I got. I take it once a day, everyday. I wanted to try the MegaRed stuff but it's really expensive for a trial period. So far I haven't seen much improvement in my skin, but I've been feeling great in general. Yesterday, I took it as usual. I was feeling really annoyed about not working out for so long now, so I walked 25 mins during lunch and then ate lunch and went home (I work a half day this weekend so I had to take a half day off during the week). After I got home I realized I was still hungry (I take adderall for ADHD which kills my appetite) so I was like.... What in the world? I didn't want to over eat so I tried to just have a few healthy snacks before and even after dinner, but I could not get full the rest of the night. I wasn't doing anything nuts, just a few pelvic lifts and some squats + a little packing... But I never feel hungry like that when I take my adderall. I was wondering if anyone else feels hungry more often since starting fish oil?

  • I take Nordic Naturals Omega 3/6/9. My Dr recommended Nordic Naturals.

Hmmm .... I've been taking fish oil capsules for a few months and I don't really recall any change to my appetite when I started. Of course, different people may have other experiences, but nothing noticeable for me.

Thanks Snowdog :) good to know. It felt so strange to suddenly feel hungry on a regular basis again, lol. I'm hoping it doesn't last because it made my head hurt :/
