Looking to pick fit toned men's brains for my hubby!

Ok my hubby is 42 in great shape but he is really wanting to get the full six pack (ripped as he calls it lol) He is very toned but he wants to shread his belly(which isnt much you can see 4 abs but not the bottom 2) he would love to build more muscle also, eating is a very hard thing for him, he is a driver/thrower for a trash company so he is busting his butt all day and has to eat on the go, he is doing protein shakes/shot at least 2x a day. So after work he goes to the gym. I want to help him acomplish his goals but they are so very differnt than mine i am not sure how to help him. Any sugestions?

The only things he can really do are reduce body fat and work his abs. I'm not exactly where I want to be yet but I'm close and I've been there before. Squats are really good on the abs. In addition to weighted crunches and twists, I do this. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=hgG8C6G0hYg0
