42 Pounds Later....

4 months and 42 pounds later.....
Before (with my wife, who has lost almost 30 pounds):
After:
I've done this using nothing but MyFitnessPal. Now I am at 253 lbs, and fighting the dreaded "plateau" effect. I guess that means it's time to start using that gym membership I've been paying for.
I'm the last person who thought I could do this, but it works. Keep it up, stay tough on yourself, and you will get results.
