May 15th Weight Loss Group- Week 9

Good morning to all that visit. We have become a much smaller group than started 9 weeks ago. But still a good place to keep me on track and accountable.

So how was your week? I lost another 1 lb at WW wi this morning. Good! I was again suprised at the loss...thought for sure I would stay the same or a slight gain. I continue to be amazed that I have lost each week except 1 since I re-committed to my weight loss on 12/26. This week was hard...again late nights at work and then they decided to feed us...pizza! Well for this girl...no way! I resisted and came home to a salad.

I hope everyone else is still on track and looking forward to that May 15th goal. I am about 8lbs away from that goal...but I am still confident that I can make it.

    Hi Gemfrire and Caliecat-

    I had a slight gain of .2lbs, no biggie. I was super sick last night and this morning. I think it was so sort of 24 hour bug, but I am feeling much better, now just really tired.

    Gemfrire, I think u will reach your goal, its 6 weeks away, and I usually can't lose more than a lb. a week, so if you lose more than 6 that would be really awesome. I set my original goal at 110-115, but I don't think that's going to happen within 6 weeks. I am now thinking I should be able to make it to 117.

    What is your overall/longterm goal as far as your weight goes?

    riveraphx - wow sorry to hear that you are under the weather. Hope Sunday is a better day for you. Rest! :flowerforyou: I'm glad you felt well enough to post.

    My long term goal is to make it to 150. While that is still about 15 lbs higher than what most charts show I should be at my height of 5'3 I just cannot fathom hitting 135 but maybe once i get closer it will seem possible. At my heaviest I was at 270:indifferent: :embarassed: so to get where I am today...in close proximity of breaking the 200s is amazing. It has taken me a long time as I have taken breaks where I just did not watch what I was eating.

    Make it good week..feel better and thanks for the encouragement!

    Hey guys well i have fallen off . I can't seem to stick to anything and everyday i just eat and eat how do i get back on track? Put a old picture up of myself on the frig?

    I wanted to be 150 be the end of march but i got down to 156 and just put on 4lbs by getting to happy about being 156 if you know what i mean hard to explain help help
