Day 5 and feeling better ALREADY!! I am still new to this and I am still in need of supportive friends, If you have websites for good health articles etc. please send me the link I love reading about Health and fitness.

I am currently looking for some great, intense workouts. Preferably 10 - 20 minutes a piece.

Found myself sneaking in quick workouts when baby and hunny are playing. : )

My goal is to wear a beautiful dress to my In-laws 40th wedding Renewal in July!!!!

So any help from all of you who have been here and want to help would be appreciated.

I would love to gain the health of getting rid of at least 40 lbs by July??? is this even possible???

Anyway I will try my hardest.

    Yes it's possible!!!!:happy: First of all WELCOME!!! For quick workouts I use Leslie Sansone's Walk away the pounds. the workouts can be as short as 20 min and as long as 60 or more. Also I have used The Biggest Loser DVDs. On those you can customize your workouts.
