New to this site & some exersise logging help please :)

Hi all, I'm Jo! I just happened to come across this website at the weekend & have to say it is fab! I'm logging everything that bypasses my mouth and am feeling positive about losing some weight. I'm 31 and my current weight is 138lb and I want to be 129lb ideally by the end of July for my bikini!!! Which is also my wedding weight nearly 7 years ago!

Ive just done day one of the 30 day shred too. Could somebody tell me how I would log the exercise on here please?
