Allow me to say that I'm not inexperienced person when it comes to working out. Throughout my high school career, I worked out everyday and let me tell you, I had a body I was PROUD of. With that being said, however, I did fall under the category of "Becoming a Lazy Student" when I entered college. I didn't think much about my body because I had loads of school work to do, and after about three years of college I had already gained fifteen pounds!
Whenever I hit that 140 mark, I realized it was really time to change something. So I decided I would run. Oh man, that was the most painful experience of my life. I ran for maybe three minutes and had already gotten tired. Shame on me. I couldn't believe that I had made myself get THAT badly out of shape.
Now, for anybody that has the Kinect/Playstation Move/Wii and is as badly out of shape as I was, I would HIGHLY recommend you guys to purchase UFC Personal Trainer. I can already tell a significant difference in my body. My body has already gotten much stronger, and I can actually last a little bit longer running! It also includes all kinds of exercises that you can do to strengthen legs, arms, abs, and it includes Cardio workouts as well.
What's even better; is has challenges on there as well. If you're looking to lose weight, do the 30 day or 60 day Weight Loss Challenge. If you're looking to Gain more muscle, heck it even has something for you as well!
With that being said, however, there are a few glitches in the came and sometimes it isn't able to read your movements properly. However, if you're willing to ignore the minor glitches, you'll get a great workout. (And even learn how to fight, haha. ) Now, don't use this game to replace your gym time. I feel that the gym would be a much better place for you to REALLY work your body. But, with that being said, at home workouts -- definitely get this game.
