Losing Steam

Hello. My little one is just over 6 months now. It wasn't until he was about 4 months that my pregnancy weight really started depressing me. Not just bothering me like the previous 3 months, but depressing me. I'm not used to being this size and of course my closet won't fit me anymore leaving me nothing to wear but my maternity clothes which does not help my mood (especially because I only have 5 maternity outfits). I find it hard to workout with a little one. It's evlen hard to get 3 meals a day in... I'm starting to lose steam but trying so hard because I'm getting married in October and want to feel pretty again.... HELP?

NOOOOOOOOOO Don't lose steam! Focus on your goals. Don't let the daily grind get you down, focus on the end result. You've got a wedding in 8 months!! wahoo! Set many mini goals for along the way...they will help you stay motivated as you accomplish each one.

Motivation is born from attitude. Weight loss and getting more fit is a mental game more than anything else. Next, its healthy eating. And third, its exercise. So with a little baby to take care of first focus on your goals, write out what you want to accomplish. Make them a part of your daily life. Next, work on your healthy diet. Finally, find ways to work in exercise during nap times, etc. Try DVDs like Jillian Michaels 30 Day Shred, or youtube at home exercises you can learn to do on your own. Most of all keep a positive attitude towards what you are trying to accomplish and make it happen! best of luck!
