Slim in 6 and Calories burned

Hi Guys, I searched first, but did not come up with an answer, so if it's a repeat, I apologize.
I thought on my non weight training days I would do either Ramp it Up or Burn it Up. Anyone have any idea what the calorie burn is on these, or how I figure it out? Is it high impact aerobics? Is it calisthenics? Is it resistance training? There seems to be a bunch of stuff going on in these videos. Don't have a HRM yet.
How have you counted it, if you use it.
Ideas?
Also -- Any fitness gurus know if this is an ok activity for my "off" days from weights or will it interfere with muscle repair?

If I remember right, when I went to their website, it said that for one hour - you would burn approx 500 calories.
They did not say how much you would burn for each body type - so I don't know that it was truly accurate - but at least it gives you a ballpark figure...
I don't have a HRM so I have never been able to get a good number. I usually put it in as 400 for an hour (better to be under than over) and went off of that for each level.
Hope this helps.:flowerforyou:0 -
