Besides the obvious "I want to look good in a swimsuit".
I just find doing floor exercises, weights incredibly boring and I worry it won't relieve the stress like cardio does for me.
The only thing that works for me is my bootcamp class and being "forced" to do it because I am in a class I paid for and with a group of people. Plus, she always has a variety of stuff that we do which helps a little. I just can't afford the time or cost to go to class every day so I have to do something at home.
I am looking for any out of the box ideas to get me to strength train.
When I started this, the MFP app on my phone motivated me to watch what I was eating and track everything. Then, I got cardio trainer and it has this little "widget" on my phone that reminds me how many calories I've burned in the last 7 days. That little widget nags me to do the cardio but now I need something to "nag" me to do the strength training and tell me what to do.
I am wondering if there is an app for a Droid that would do that on my phone or if there is a fun "game" for my Xbox Kinect??
Thanks for any advice! A lot of my cardio means nothing unless I am building muscle too. Thanks!
