Help? Lately (past week or two) after I eat, my belly feels super full and uncomfortable. Protrudes, even. It can happen and last anywhere from 30 min to 2 hours after I eat. I eat measured portions that seem "normal" for the amount of food I am usually eating. And I don't feel over full when I finish eating, which is why this is super frustrating. I had a 1 3/4 cup portion of couscous salad with beans, corn, and tomatoes for lunch. 45 min later I feel so full that I couldn't force my belly to stick out much more than it already is. WHY??
And, yes, my BMs are normal, healthy, and frequent enough so constipation is not the answer.

I guess it could be all the fiber, but I have the same problem sometimes and if anyone has answers or suggestions, that would be great.0

Sounds like your just getting bloated....vegs will do that to you. If it is a real big problem maybe try something like beano before you eat to help with the bloating. Also, drinking lots of water will help0

If you eat a lot of fiber and not drink enough water, you can start to feel bloated. Also when you start watching portions you start feeling full faster. When you add too much fiber too fast to diet this can happen.0
