My first real NSV...finally!

...and I MEAN non-scale! :-)

I started Tony Horton's 10-minute trainer videos on 2/10/12 and decided to jump in with both feet by stacking as recommended. I did really well for the first 2 weeks then began to slack a bit and only worked out 3-5 days/week. I noticed I went down a size in pants a couple weeks ago...but the scale wasn't showing weight loss. I was bummed BUT i am happy to say that I took measurements on my second day (no pics, though). My results:

Chest:
- across my chest: -1"
- under my chest where my bra band sits: -1/2"
Right arm: -1"
Left arm: -1/2"
Waist: -1-1/2"
Hips: -1-1/2"
R/L thigh: -0"
Weight: +1.9 lbs

Sure, I'm very annoyed with the weight gain, but just as happy with the inches lost.

I am on Day 2 of JM's 30 Day Shred now and hope to have even better results in the end...WITH weight loss.

Right now, I'm trying to break my addiction of stepping on the scale too often. It is my worst enemy right now. :-P
