Afternoon Cravings, you are NOT wanted around here!!

So.....i'm sure others experience after-lunch cravings!? Why is it that I can have a delish lunch....grilled chicken on a bed of salad....and a short while later, my mind thinks "you should really have something sweet'.....

Oh afternoon cravings how I wish you'd stay away!!

    Extra Dessert Delights Sugarfree gum... saves my life!!! My personal favorite is mint chocolate chip yum yum! :love:

    Oh afternoons are a designated "snack" time for me. I basically view all day, up until dinner, as a series of snacks versus meals. All my "meals" up to this time are 150-300 calories, and I usually eat them every 2-3 hours. I don't ever really sit down and have a full "lunch".

    If you're craving something sweet, cut up some fruit or have a hershey kiss, just a little something to take the edge off. No harm in that :)
