New to the app and a long way to go.

I am just starting out using my fitnes pal but have a looooong way to go, 50 or 60 lb i would think but i dont like to think about the big numbers so starting out smaller, looking for new friends to help support me with advice and motivation, and i will try and do the same in return.
I am rubbish at getting motivated with excercise and spend my working day surrounded by food, and eating is a passion i have to try and tame so if there is anyone out there let me know.
In my first week using the app i lost 2lb and in the last month i have lost just ofer 10lb but a long way to go lol
Based in east London so im hoping to get out and about on the local paths and go geo cacheing for excercise i might enjoy as well.
