Hi ladies
I was going Ravi/Sing fat free yoga for months but didn't feel like I was getting the results I wanted....
FYI...I think fat free yoga is great but not your traditional yoga and the breathing may not be for everyone
So, I put it on the back burner and jumped on the 30 day shred band wagon
I've been doing the shred almost daily (mostly level 2) for over a mnth and my arms/legs are def. stronger and more defined but my core/tummy is a mess
WORSE since I stopped fat free yoga
So, I'm thinking a combo of the 2 should keep my arms/legs in good shape and tighten my tummy
Does anyone have any recs on how to incorporate the 2?
Thanks, kim
