Lacking Meal ideas

I basically have breakfast;

Oats and blueberries + an apple

lunch - Chicken and sweetcorn sandwich and a pear

tea - Fish, broccoli and cauliflower

and that takes me to about 1700

I need more healthy meal ideas + some variation as I eat the same everyday!


I can't have dairy - or tomoatoes!

Any ideas
