that I've come a long way. It's slow going due to PCOS and Hashimoto's, but in the last 8 months, I've lost about 38 pounds. I'm smaller now than I've ever been in my adult life via healthy method.
I tried on my wedding dress today (I'm 2 sizes smaller now) and I can put it on and take it off without unzipping it LOL. (I've been married 12 years as of May this year)
I don't have any great before/during full length pictures, but I did get a new driver's license in November. And I think you can certainly see the difference, though I have a long way to go. I've been getting discouraged lately due to the holidays, a plateau, and now an injury that's preventing me from working out.

You're doing great! I think one of the most common sentiments on this board (or in any health or fitness publication) is that we are making life changes. Our goal, while to lose weight, is to get healthy, be healthy, and feel good. You made the right choice when you decided to change your life in the direction of health. There are so many cliche' sayings out there like, "This is a marathon, not a sprint." But the truth is so very close to this very thing. You CAN do this. You can be fit and feel great. Do the happy dance in your head (or in the aisle in the grocery store) every time you make a good decision. Whoop at the top of your lungs every time that once-stubborn button easily goes into it opening. I try to smile at me every time I look in the mirror, because I know that I'm doing the right thing for me.
By the way, those are on your driver's license?!?! My DL photo looks like a cereal killer (mostly Froot Loops and Fruity Pebbles).
Nice pictures.
