Motivation for the Work out...

Every time I don't want to get off the couch, I remember that I ALWAYS feel better after a workout! I also like to read about extreme runners like Dean Karnazes, the Ultra Marathon Man. I think if he can run several marthons after 10 pm in the evening and still make it to work in the morning... well I can do 35 minutes on the elliptical! Keep losing it!!!!!!
