1. I started MFP exactly 80 days ago
2.i try to burn at least 250cals monday to friday, and saturday and sunday i try to get to 1000 cals burnt. so mon-fri i will go for over an hours walk every night, and then on the weekend i will snowboard, or hike...somehow i will burn those calories.
3. my intake is 1200 cals
4. I have lost 15LBS so far.0 -

1. For me, started again to try to lose weight this time about mid January (probably about January the 13th).
2. I walk alot anyway as I don't drive but also go to Body Attack (a cardio class), Zumba (sometimes....don't find it that intense a work out compared to Attack) and Body Pump (a weights class) and occassionally go running.
3. Calorie intake approximately 1200 a day.
4. So far lost 8lbs.

Walking 5 miles, ideally four times a week.
Cycling or using Kinect, five evenings a week.
Gentle exercise every Saturday.
Rest on Sunday.

1.5 month

HIIT classes 2 times a week
flow yoga 1 time a week
NROLW (weight lifting) 2 times a week

1650-1900

1. Started January 2nd
2. Crunches leg lifts planks pushups in the morning and started doing some beginner yoga
3. Calorie intake is 1200
4. Lost 18.2 pounds so far0 -
1. About the beginning of December(2011)
2. Crunches, squats, pushups. then about 30mins of cardio.(been doing all this for about a month now. Just started off with about 10-15mins of cardio a day.)
3. Just started counting cals about a week ago, but i try to stay around 1200.

2. Due to annoying health reasons exercise is currently short walks and lots of housework!
3. Calorie intake 1200-1500.
4. Weight loss so far 52lbs.
(Previously I was exercising 2-3 hours per day as well as working, its slowed since I can't do this)0 -
