Going over my vitamin allownance

Hi guys, been eating loads of wonderful coloured veggies and fruit since starting on here but finding that my vitamin a and c often go way over what they should be in excess of 2-300%

I also find it hard to get my iron in. I usually manage around 16% of my daily allowance.

I eat loads of spinach and a bit of broccoli, what else will help get me my iron? I've heard that its hard to process iron into your body.
