I haven't been watching my sugar and carbs on here until a while ago. I thought that eating fresh fruit was good but apparently I eat too much of it. I'm already over today's allowance of sugar, I havent even had dinner yet and now I'm not sure what I'd have for a snack later. I prefer to eat something in it's natural state if possible. Thanks.
