Do you ever look in the mirror and "see" a difference or just "know" that you feel different and have gotten more toned.
Then, you pull out the measuring tape and IT'S THE SAME???????????:noway:
im used to fighting with the scale, but the measuring tape too??
and I measure the same every time ...blah

I think that your measuring tape is obviously defective

Yes!! Yes!! That must be it.
I think my son may have taken a marker to it and added some numbers:laugh:

I am with you there. I have noticed my clothes are getting looser, but my waist has barely changed. A friend tells me I have lost it on my back. I think I am just loosing a little bit all over and in places that I am not measuring I guess. The important part is I am loosing, I just have to get more patient I guess :ohwell:0

Take my thighs for example.
They used to be flabby, and now they are firm .. Which is great, but they are the exact same size. You would think they would slim down a little??
How do you make them "slim"??
I guess there really isn't an answer to that, but I figured I'd ask0
