Im 24 years old and Ive been overweight my whole life. This year I have decided that enough is enough im loosing 100 pounds!! So far I am wrapping up my first month and I started at 253 and im at 235 YAY. I had a workout and diet buddy for the first 2 weeks but she fell off the wagon after a trip to montanas lol.

Diet:
I DO NOT EAT :D beef = burgers pork = bacon, sausages potatoes = french fries, chips deep fried foods High calorie foods Soda Chocolate/candy
I DO EAT Veggies Fruit Bran Oats Chicken Seafood

Exercise:
2 hours walks at least twice a week. 8 pound weight for my arms and light core exercises!
