A sitting duck!

Hi!
To keep things short and sugary sweet, I've been on MFP for a few months now with a 26 pound lost. But, I've come across that bump, or rather a slightly understated Mt. Everest, in my joyous path towards a fit body, brain, and life. I'm thinking the fact that I've limited myself to only a few friends (due to being too afraid to put myself out there into the eyes of criticism) probably isn't necessarily the way to go about being successful. Fear be damned!

Simply put, BE MY FRIEND! (If you want to be, of course. It's a free country! (no politics please :) ))

    you have nothing to fear. Your in the process of improving your life. Dont let any criticism bother you, instead use it as your fuel. If someone tells you that you cant, prove them wrong, and if someone tells you how great your doing, then thats added fuel to push forward so either way you win. Also, you dont need to take on this journey alone, friends are good too. :-)
