I do not know the calories on these, but I can't imagine its too bad.....

These are really good!!!!!

1 box Devil's Food Cake Mix
1 egg
2 1/4 cups Cool Whip Thawed
2 cups Confectioner's Sugar

Preheat oven to 350
Mix cake mix, egg and Cool Whip together. Beat with electric mixer until well blended. The batter will be very sticky!!
Drop teaspoons full into a bowl of confectioners sugar and roll around until its completely covered into a small ball.
(I use my fingers...once it goes into the conf. sugar, its not so sticky)

I line my cookie sheet with parchement paper..it just makes life easier.

Put the cookies on the cookie sheet and flatten into a cookie shape. I don't make mine too big, the tend to spread out a bit. Cook 8-10 minutes. They will look like they are not cooked, but once they cool, they harden a bit.
Keep them stored in a closed rubbermaid type container.

Soft and chewy inside!!

I forgot to mention.......You can also make these the same way with Lemon Cake Mix. They are VERY sweet and taste just like Lemon Fruit Loops...The kids love them!!!

ENJOY!!!:flowerforyou:
