Onion and Chive cottage cheese and Cruskits..yum yum i have been having it a bit lately as i can eat at my desk and its easy as then follow up with a Nestle diet choc mousse for a sweet hit.0

I had an awesome wholemeal pita filled with chicken, falafal, salad, swiss cheese and sweet chilli sauce! Yum.0

Today I had a hardboiled egg sandwich on one piece of whole wheat bread. A few spears of asparagus. And half an orange. It was really good!0

Attempted to make homemade broccoli cheddar soup. It didn't turn out terrible but I'll definitely need to perfect the recipe though.0

I had a light bologna/cheese sandwich w/mustard on a 100 calorie sandwich round and some grapes!!0

I'm going to have broccoli, cauliflower, peppers, mushrooms, and shrimp mixed with Patak's Tikka Masala curry sauce w/ a spoonful of greek yogurt mixed in. Yum!
For dessert I'm going to have vanilla greek yogurt mixed with chocolate protein powder and fresh strawberries and blueberries.

Today = Boca chicken patties, Sandwich thin, RF provolone cheese, lite caesar dressing, tomato + Mt. Olive sweet pickles rolled in Weight Watcher cream cheese and deli ham.
Tomorrow = Skinny Taste Asian lettuce wraps + Apricot Macadamia Nut Kind bar
Just finished cooking the chicken for the Asian Wraps. Smells GREAT (and tastes great - I've had them before).0 -
Chicken & Lentil Soup (the recipe from skinnytaste.com). I modified the recipe a little. Used more water & added raw sliced Jalapeno's.....Yummy!!! and 2 cups was so filling :bigsmile:
p.s. I made the recipe on Sunday then portion it out (2 cups/serving) into tupperware so it's easy to pack my lunch in the morning.
btw, the soup I made came out to 248 calories for 2 cups. Great low cal lunch.0 -
Yesterday i had a ham and egg salad with a sandwhich thin! To be honest i was full after the salad but ate the thin too as it all only came to 267 cals, and i always find i get hungry just a couple of hour after if i only have salad! Today im not sure what im gonna have, i might even have the same because it was really nice lol!!0
