Hi from Oklahoma City

Hello all.
I've been using MFP for about 3 weeks now, the first two weeks I ate like I always did so I could see my bad habits.
Right now I am keeping the calorie count down while trying to eat a little healthier. For exercise I have started with walking (3.5mph) and when it warms up a little more I'll get out my bicycle and kayak.
My weight has already dropped 8 pounds, from 260 to 252 and my long term goal is 199 pounds.
I know 199 is still heavy for me but after I reach that number I might have a new goal or goals to reach for.
Anyway, I just wanted to say hi before I start posting to other messages.
If anybody is local I am in the Bethany area of Oklahoma City.
