Sunday morning slowness.
Yesterday, I managed to get a 90 minute walk in as well as 60 minutes of yoga. I ended up teaching my FIL yoga rather than doing the video we brought. He is one of the tightest people I've ever taught - especially for being in reasonable fitness.
I had dessert yesterday - it was placed in front of me. I dare not refuse husband's grandmother. I also figured it was better for me (since it was homemade) than some of the store bought stuff I had for lunch. I can't believe how salty that stuff tastes - now that I no longer eat it. Had a great dinner though - lots of veggies.
Today is up in the air. I hope to get something in before we drive back home and then go to the gym at home. So far the weather looks good for Saturday's 50 mile bike ride - so I need to prepare for that this week - but it's too windy today to ride.
Easter is a week away!!!

Hi Mary,
Today I did nothing:embarassed: ....well I napped and watched TV.
I needed it, but now I will need to spread out my chores over this week because I really needed a full day today to do them.:grumble: I was a bit burnt from last week.
Next weeks goals:
1) Hydrate
2) more veggies and fruit
3) Four days exersise (I made my three last week so I promised myself I'd shoot for four this week
4) One splurge day only (I had 2 last week)
5) Work 8.5 hours or less
See you tomorrow, new day boogaloo:drinker:
