Thinking of starting crossfit, and i have a question

Yes, everytime I see the Crossfit games on ESPN all I see is those misguided individuals in phenomenal shape who chose to do "some arbitrary number of reps and speed over form" , and look what that got em! Who would wanna be that fit and strong and have that kind of endurance! Yikes....count me out...they have got it all wrong for sure!
Post all the references you want, bottom line is Crossfit workouts have their benefits, no different than the 3000 other programs out there, you might not like it so you choose to post bad things about it and list references to back up your apparent disgust for it.
Good for you and your opinion... Only problem I have was you started this thread to bash it, the title reads -Thinking of starting crossfit, and i have a question.... yet all youve done is run it down which was your primary goal after you spread you got into an argument over keto in the primal thread... so do you feel better? Did you get your kicks? Or do you still wish to bash something maybe you have never tried, or have tried, just prefer to bash it even though it might not have ever affected your life.0 -

Yes you're right, i've said crossfit has zero benefits and is completely ineffectiveGood for you and your opinion... What argument over keto, the one where someone posted the cho curve for weightloss that is only true in a fantasy world? And you seem to confuse poking fun at some of the stupid stuff they do with bashing the whole program. Why didn't you get your panties in a bunch at the thread making fun of carb o phobia earlier today or threads bashing hcg or dr oz or anything else?0 -
I guess I just see you like you see crossfit
You have zero benefits and your points are completely ineffective0 -
