    I have my doubts
  • I did it last year and it worked out great! Then my spouse got VERY MAD that I was not eating the same thing as her. So I let her win and stopped it. Gained half my weight back.

I just started it again last week and already down 6.2lbs. It works. Just make sure you have a cheat day and spoil yourself a little.

Add me if you have any questions or concerns.

Sounds like another fad diet. Can you keep it up the rest of your life? That's what you should ask yourself.

Any quick fix diet out there, that will make you lose a lot of weight fast, will have you gain the weight just as quickly as soon as you're done it.

If it puts you in a caloric deficit it will induce weight loss.

That being said, Ferris is full of crap. If you want to try his diet, go for it, but you're creating unnecessary restrictions and I'd suggest not using his book as a reliable source of information.
