I looked twice -- no, three times!

    You're welcome.

As someone who used to do a lot of hiring...your hair is just fine as long as it is clean. Your big smile and a can do attitude will trump a "hair-do" any day of the week. Good luck.

I think your hair is fine like it is -- as long as your clothing is job interview appropriate, it will look nicely pulled together and sleek, IMO.

    Good luck!

Hi, my name is ckathy, I am a hair dresser-- looks like you need a cut, to even up the bottom of your hair, possibly shorter in the back , maybe with the sides a little longer, that cut is so popular now and would look really in style and good on you.

You want to look businesslike... wear it back or up in a casual do. Do an image search on "office women" and find someone with hair that is similar to yours or a style you can do. Always dress for the job you are trying to get, then dress it up one more notch.

As someone who does a lot of hiring, I agree with her! Your hair isn't an issue. Just make sure its clean and neat. It looks good the way it is, but if your nervous, treat yourself to a style at your favorite salon.

Put a little curl in it if your hair will hold it.
