please help

Hello, I would like to track my exercise without it adding allotted total calories for the day. I simply just want to see what workouts i'm doing but still want to keep at a strict calorie level. Is there a setting I can change to allow this?

    You could put in 0 for the calories burned.

    Please bear in mind that the way this site is set up, you are already in a calorie deficit without exercise. Make sure you fuel your body, okay?

    I put mine in the notes at the bottom of the page where you enter what you ate that day.

    Rather than going by what calories you have remaining you could simply track what you have consumed.

    Most will suggest that you eat back your exercise calories though.
