Calorie deficit, nothing fancy to lose weight

This article was enlightening, and discussed how calorie deficit is all you need to lose weight, obviously eating healthy and exercising is a bonus, but more out, less in is key.. helps make it simpler... and dismisses that eating "special" diets make you lose weight.. ie, why this site works so well! Track what you eat.. track what you expend.. hope you enjoy the article.
