Heyo. My name is Katy, I'm 21 and I'm from Chicago. I recently gained about 10 pounds this winter (yaaay SAD) and now I'm trying to lose those 10 pounds and keep them off. I seem to have issues being able to eat my minimum number of calories per day. I know it's bad, but I just happen to eat really filling meals with low numbers of calories and I really only eat when I'm hungry. I'm doing this as part of my treatment for an ED (NOS, of course, since BED isn't a real disorder X.x) sooooo hi!

What's NOS and BED? Sorry, lol.

I had an ED when I was younger and that helped me a lot in getting to where I was. Thankfully I am pulling through it, have much better eating habits and feel better for it. Just hope it lasts.

If you are looking for friends, feel free to add me.

NOS = not otherwise specified. BED = binge eating disorder. I've dealt with all sorts of problems with my weight. My BED went undiagnosed for years, then when I went to college I was super anxious and lost 50 pounds in a month and a half because I refused to eat, then BED came and went. EDNOS is frustrating, but hopefully this cognitive behavior therapy I'm doing works out for me this time.
