Only doing the 30DS

How many of you only did the 30DS and no other exercise and still lost weight/inches?? I plan on getting on the elliptical 3 or more times a week but these past few days have been busy and exhausting so I have been doing the 30DS but havent had the time for the elliptical...im just wondering if its going to benefit me if Im not doing other cardio regularly.

    For the first couple weeks i only did 30DS and cut my calories, and have lost 2kg =)
  • I did the 30ds last week 6 times and that was the only thing I did and I lost 5 lbs. I also have been following my eating plan and not eating over my calories.
