Eating calories burned?

Should I be eating calories burned from exercise? I feel like it defeats the purpose. Any ideas or suggestions?

Yes. MFP gives you a healthy calorie deficit without the exercise calories. Once you exercise you make your deficit larger, which can result in burning muscle instead of fat. It's healthier in the long run to eat what MFP recommends unless you find for some reason that it isn't working.0
