I have decided to buy a stability/exercise ball DVD to encourage me to use mine.

I took a look on amazon lastnight and there are several to choose from. Does anyone have one they would recommend?

I liked Core Secrets. It came with beginner and advanced. The only other thing you need are weights.

core secrets is gr8 really good for building muscles to support your lower back region it is the only thing that fixed my back probs for me after having my 2 girls and suffering with hip and back probs with both not helped that they were both big babes and born 16 mnths apart..

Some of the exercises take a bit of practice to get them right which is so important you must make sure you keep your weight over the ball not in your feet and after a couple of weeks you should see and feel the difference I know I did I know use it 3 x a week without fail.

good luck hope it works for you too!!!!!!
