Recovering from eating disorder, would like to lose weight

Hi, I am currently recovering from EDNOS. However, during my recovery I have put on a bit too much weight. I do exercise (I do 35 sit ups and 35 press ups each morning and evening, and 10 minutes of stretching/flexibility each morning and evening. I also walk about 4 to 5 miles each day).
Are there any healthy ways of losing weight without reverting back to the ED? Anyone ever managed to recover from an ED, and then lose weight without relapsing?
