Am I doing enough exercise?

Right now I'm doing the 25 minutes of the 30 Day Shred, and another half an hour or so of pilates. Is that enough?

Normally there would be a lot of walking thrown in there too, but it's freakin' cold these days and I'm so not getting out if not absolutely necessary, but I feel like I'm lazing off.

    So 55 minutes of exercise a day? I'd say that's plenty. I read this thing from my health insurance provider that said I should do 7 hours a week. A few hours of heavy exercise, a few hours of moderate and an hour of light exercise as well. Of course it comes down to individual need and preference.
