Cold Skin after cardio

Every time I do cardio, whether is's a stationary bike, elliptical, 30 DS, runnning, yoga, my skin is always cold to the touch. I can work up a sweat, get my HR into the cardio zone, and yet my skin feels like I stood outside in a snow storm for a while. Its always been this way ever when I was a healthy weight/BMI in high school.
Any idea what could cause this? Anyone else have this problem? Any solutions?

I'm pretty sure it's normal. Your body is trying to cool itself down. My skin is the same, that's why when I finish working out so I put on some clothes like a hoodie etc and make sure I drink enough water to rehydrate.0
