Hey Guys,

I know we were recently talking about nutrition at restaurants and I found this link for Cheesecake Factory (they don't post their information online). Just FYI if you're interested

You want to know why they don't? Because if they do no one would eat it!

I don't think any chain restaurant wants you to know. I just had dinner at Texas Roadhouse, saving my calories today, including excercise calories, for this meal... HOLY CRAP! Steak tips, carrots, sweet potatoe (w/butter) and 3 small rolls and it was over a 1,000 calories. The steak tips alone were over 600 calories. I guess more than anything my eyes are really being opened. I should have had a just a small filet or something similar with no sauce

Lesson learned and tomorrow IS another day and I will be wiser

Yummm Texas Roadhouse.. They make the best Filet EVER!!!

When we eat there I just eat half of what I order, 6 oz filet, green beans, no bread ;( and a dinner salad with no dressing... I bring my own.. But that filet is so worth it...
