Fad diets - what have you tried?

So, before I came to this wonderful place I tried all sorts of bizarre diets and exercise fads
- Dukan (I got so bored)
- Jorge Cruz 8 minutes in the morning - I'd rather spending those 8 minutes in bed
- Weightwatchers - great for some but doesn't really teach you about nutrition
- Agar flakes - yes, Agar flakes, in hot water, drunk before a meal, to keep me full - what an idiot!
What have you tried before? There must be someone worse than me! :-)

sticking to MFP has been the cheapest and most effective way I've lost weight out of the bunch!0 -
I did a soup diet. I lasted around 2 weeks and lost nearly a stone...guess what..
....Gained it all back!!0 -
SlimFast shakes.
Cabbage Soup diet.
F plan diet.
Rosemary Connelly (not sure on spelling and can't be bothered to look it up) low fat type diet.
Mrs Aperture_Science did Slimming world and I ate the same during that.
All of them were terrible.
Then I joined a pay site very similar to MFP and that worked. The only reason I left was that MFP is free and the other site was £10 per month.0
