Need Support/Help! Starting 30 Day Shred

Hi Everyone!
I've heard great things about the 30 Day Shred workout tape from many of you! I ordered it and mine finally came in the mail yesterday so I am starting it today! Any suggestions? I'm nervous that some of the excercises are going to be way out of reach for how overweight I am. Any diet suggestions during the 30 days? Any help would be great!

    I've done 6 days of the 30 Day Shred and I'm 90 pounds overweight right now (235 pounds). From your picture, you don't look anywhere close to as heavy as I am so I'm sure you'll do just fine! :smile:

    My suggestion would be to watch Level 1 first so you see what you're getting yourself into. It does look easier than it is but it's definitely doable... And don't fret if you need to take some brief breaks... You will build significantly more endurance by day 5ish.
