stress and bad eating

I work as a tax accountant and the past month and a half have been horrible. Not only am I in tax season, but I am also training four interns, continuing to train the new person and our office has so much tension you can cut it with a knife. Know my eating is suffering, I am still careful about what I eat but it is getting harder every day (I have been having a can of diet in the afternoons). Each day as the stress level goes up, my craving what I don't need grows. And the worse thing is my bosses stock all the bad stuff in the break room for us (doughnuts, chips, cookies, etc) Anyone have any stress relieving tips I can try.
