Hey,
My name is Duane I live in New Hope,PA I am 48 years old. I have set some personal and fitness goals which I am striving to achieve. It is a time for a change in my life. I am happy this community is here. This is a much more positive community than one I was once on. (Depression Tribe-it was for depressed people, it was not for me, I was not THAT depressed-I digress) I will post my goals and results as well as inspirational messages on my profile page. Please stop by and say hello!

    Hi Duane! I'm from Binghamton, NY.
    It's so much easier to lose weight, and keep it off, if you have support. So, it's great you are here!
    I used depression tribe briefly, but I was having issues with a cyber-stalker and had to quit. Sure helped with the depression, but not so much anywhere else!
