Hi

Im just wondering how you work out chinese food calories to log in your food diary,i cant find any takeaway foods in the search

    just type "chinese" and it shows a lot of chinese dishes like soups, sesame chicken, chicken curry, fried noodles, tofu, etc :)

    yeh ive done that but how do you know how much your eating buying it from a shop?
